  • Stay clear of this shop! They are over priced and dishonest. They replaced all the injectors in my truck and went through the entire truck and replaced some other things like a bearing in the rear end, which wasn't adjusted correctly and I had to bring it back for a second adjustment which also was not done correctly. After my frustration and all the money over 5000.00 I spent with them...they changed their tone. Went from friendly and we will take care of you to...you can never bring your truck back to our shop. Hmmmmm....how does that work if I paid for service and parts that are warrantied through them. I am a female by they way and also believe this is partly why they treated me like shit after they got the money out of me for the repair. I had one bad injector but they talked me into replacing all of them because they said it was such a chore to get in there to replace the others if they should go bad. I since learned from other diesel shops ....that's complete bullshit. Even though I have been banned from ever taking my truck there...and I unsubscribed from their mailing list and sent two emails asking them to stop sending me their advertisements because I was banned from going there (who the hell has ever heard of that) they keep sending them. Sent another email in response to one I got this am and wow...I got yet another defensive, snotty and threatening response from Dennis. They have horrible customer service...after you decide to go with them....not before...they are all sweet and nice to get your business but then they could careless what happens to you or the work they did. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THESE JERKS....THERE ARE LOTS OF DIESEL SHOPS OUT THERE WHO CARE AND WILL WARRANTY THEIR WORK...THESE GUYS WONT. I am sure this will get some half ass ...that's only half the story response but it's not true...what happened to me was a nightmare and a clear case of getting taken advantage of.
