  • I hired Ed to inspect the home I am purchasing. He arrived on time and took the time to explain each item during the inspection. Ed covers everything from general home maintenance items, items that need repaired and safety related items explaining how each should be addressed. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous when doing his inspection. Some of the items Identified were things that were very minor that if left untouched could be big problems later. I would without a doubt recommend Ed and his team to anyone. He made me feel at ease as we went through the house top to bottom, front to back, in and out. Communication with Ed and his team was top notch from first contact, to the end. The inspection report was very easy to understand and show pictures with each issue identified.
