  • In our newly constructed house, we decided to install Solar panel. The sales guy Robert (Mike) was very polite, knowledgeable and prompt but that's where everything ends. The site inspection guy Omar inspected out attic and said it was too windy to climb up the roof. He was suppose to reschedule, after weeks of waiting and constantly reminder from Mike and Spencer from Sunrun we were rescheduled for this afternoon for roof inspection. After waiting all day they just told me they use Eagle eye and no need for inspection. That got me worried if these guys have no clue as to what technology they use not sure how they will handle my brand new house roof. This is too much of a risk so we cancelled the contract. I will recommend caution to who ever looking to go solar.
