  • I had a great experience at brakes plus today. I knew I had a problem with my brakes because they have been making a grinding noise for quite some time. Normally I would take my vehicle to shop in north Phoenix that I know and trust because they are always honest with me. So I reluctantly went to brakes plus expecting them to try to upsell me on a bunch of services that I didn't need. I was extremely surprised to find out they were honest with me they showed me that when I really needed was to have my brakes adjusted and they also took a look at the rest of the vehicle and cleaned up some corrosion on the battery for me. Was able to get out of there today for less than $100 and now my vehicle stops great. I will definitely be back and I recommend them 100 percent.
