| - I went in at noon on a weekday to get my car detailed. I had a Groupon but upgraded to a more thorough detail for an additional fee. They found a chip in my windshield and worked with me to contact my insurance company to have it repaired same day. After the initial conversations, I was told it would be about 2-2.5 hours and decided to sit and wait in the lobby. The lobby was smelly and loud with three TVs tuned to different channels all blaring at the same time, but the real issue was the amount of time it took them to complete my service. After three hours of waiting with no update, I spoke to an employee who checked on my car and explained that they had left it half-done because they thought I had left and would be returning later in the day. I would have written it off if they had then immediately rushed to finish it, but instead I was told it would be another 45 minutes. That time went by and when I checked again, I was told to wait another 15-20 minutes. That time passed as well and I had to have a third employee check on the status of my car, only to hear it would be another half hour. The employee realized I was upset and offered me a free car wash if I would come find him before I left, but I didn't want to spend another minute there after my car was finally ready. All in all, I spent more than 4.5 hours in the business, which was twice what I had been quoted, and when I left I found that the few belongings I had left in the car (sunglass case, CD) were combined in a bag with trash. I will not be returning.
