rev:text	I called Home Depot yesterday afternoon to replace a Hot Water Heater.....the lead was given to Mitchells.....a lady called me from there- very very very nice and funny lady....very friendly and personable....This morning, DAN, from Mitchells arrived at my house after calling to say he was on his way....he arrived shortly after, in 10 minutes, he had the old tank out, brought in the new one, and he was gone in less than an hour.....the thing works perfect, the water is hot hot hot already.....DAN was an awesome gentleman.....very respectful, very nice, very neat and clean, perfect job, no complications......amount due was To The Penny of the amount I was quoted ON THE PHONE by the nice lady. Very smooth transaction, very fast, honest to God, I will call this company again if I have a plumbing issue.......DAN was OUTSTANDING, perfect gentleman.
