New atmosphere and equipment a plus. The new massage/spa chairs seem to be malfunctioning as my water went from cold to scalding. Receptionist had to intervene 2 times as the non English speaking or understanding tech had no clue what hot or cold was. As stated elsewhere, the polish choice is very limited compared to other pedicures I have had. Tech's ability to polish my toes was interesting to say the least. Dabbing and doting my toes with no smooth stokes for a nice finish. Ridges on the big toes were easily seen. Another tech came over to redo big toes, then asked. "Are they good enough?" We will see how long the polish lasts. Price for both a pedicure and a manicure was more than other places. Seven techs were sitting around sleeping in spa chairs, listening to music or doing each other's nails with only one doing anything. I left with an below average pedicure at a premium price with no mani. The convenience of Pink Nails being right by my house was not enough to change me. Diamond Nails I'll be back.
