  • Unprofessional, unreliable, shoddy work. Basically this company hires a bunch of losers who can't bother to show up, do a skilled trade, or show any sense of professionalism. How home builders still bother to use them beats me, I'm assuming because they're cheap. If you have to deal with ISI, just don't. You will get nowhere with them. Search elsewhere.
