  • Not sure why I put up with the horrible service here for so long. Prices are high, colours on posters have come out looking funny (which I only discovered after paying and leaving), and when I would arrive to pick up, staff never seemed to know anything about my order or be able to find it promptly. Plus, they lost my USB drive, didn't seem concerned, and didn't bother to offer to replace it. When I emailed them files to be printed, my emails would sometimes be ignored completely, and I had to call to ask if I had the right email address (I did). After putting up with this lack of professionalism for months, I received a rude email refusing me service until I opened an account with my credit card, even though I had just been at this location and no one had said anything about an account being a requirement from now on. I have since switched to a new printing company where the staff are helpful, professional and polite, and I am much happier. No need to put up with The Printing House, there are better options!
