  • I had tried numerous times to reach them only to get a voicemail. I then tried again and the owner answered.I told him that I was wanting information on PT. I expressed my frustration and he didn't care. He never apologized and just said abruptly how can I help you now moving forward. I have been in the medical field for 30 years and first impressions matter. He said he was out of network with my insurance carrier. Although it would have costed me more money I still would have tried their facitlity for PT. because I live in Desert Ridge. I called another PT facility near by and they were so welcoming and I made an appointment. What a difference in attitude. It is too bad the the owner is the one who lost my business.
