  • I have been here three times in the past 2 years for a full highlight and each time, the toner fades within one week. I am also extremely careful with washing my hair a couple of days after getting any color done; I refuse to shampoo my hair for atleast two days. After reading through the reviews, I realized it wasn't any error on my end, but rather whatever formula and toner the stylists use. Their Instagram photos are exquisite; however, you have to wonder how often their "models" get re-lightened and toned. I have never experienced this issue with other salons. I recommend going elsewhere for the money you're paying. BTW: check out the non-recommended reviews at the bottom. A MAJORITY of those hidden reviews are one-star. I'm surprised their average rating isn't lower than 3.5 stars.
