  • Older tall Caucasian gentleman was very very unpleasant. Worst customer service skills I've seen to where he spoke very condescending. Asked for spark plugs and decided to answer with a backwards rebutle...."We ain't got no such animal hurrr...." What a wonderful store employee to hire since we are regulars, but till "Uncle Jed" leaves that location, we'll be going to another store or your competitors. Nothing against the head manager and other employees but the level of uncomfortable from such an unpleasant gentleman cannot be ignored. Thanks for your previous years of service though.
