  • I am giving this school one star solely on the customer service from the teacher and then a manager. I was there to have my hair dyed and wanted something out of my norm a little. So i showed a picture. What i got was not the picture which was fine, the stylist tried to fix it not a big deal. Unfortunately the end result just wasn't what i thought i was getting so i called a few days later to confirm what I paid for and then to see what can be dine to fix it All the instructor, leslie, could say was nope you got what you wanted I remember you etc... Iok maybe you think i did but im telling you i didnt. It wasnt about the money, i dont care about paying more to fix it if needed. She was condescending and was only focused on telling me that yup you got 5g ash in your hair , that s that. I called back to talk to a manager who I again explained what happened. She said oh well they are just training they couldnt d what you want in one sitting. Great then they should have told me that when i sat down. I told her I wasnt happy with the way leslie blew me off and could care less that I wanted to come in to have it fixed. She said oh that doesn't sound like her , ill listen to the phone calls. I was thinking are these people for real? I was at no point complaining or being rude, I just wanted my hair fixed and was willing to pay more. She then told me ok you'd have to do this and this to get what you want. I said ok that is fine. She said would you like to go to another section for your next appointment. Yes I would. She thens transfers me to a girl who says how can I help you? I said i just need to get an appointment to fix the issue. She said oh this is someone else, what services did you need? I said never mind. I think im done here All i was looking for was ,hey sorry to hear you did nt love hair lets get you fixed. All they wanted to do was tell me nope you got what you asked for. Awful customer experience.
