  • The first star it's because the place is located in a great area and because parking is free. Other than that this hotel is more like a Motel. I had to do my reservation last minute and didn't read the reviews. If this review helps anyone save money by avoiding this place, I'd be pleased. There's no room cleaning, it is only done to long stays guests that are part of a program and it's only done every two weeks. Rooms are not clean (there was food left under the night Stan, God knows since when). Bathroom is not clean (back of toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months ). There's no towel service, If you want clean towels you have to pay $11, and if you want more you have to pay more, or was them yourself. There's no room service. There's no seating areas. There's no enough shampoo or soap provided. There's no ice machine. Long stay guests are very loud and inconsiderate. Staff is not very helpful. Save your money and stay somewhere else please, at a Motel, or try to spend a little more and avoid the bad service this one provides.
