  • The battery in my Fossil watch died, so I took it here to have it replaced. I didn't even buy the watch there. I was expecting to pay between $10-12 but, to my surprise, the associate said not to worry about it. He gave me a new battery free of charge. That's some good customer service. Man, if I had the money I would buy a new watch from them in a heartbeat. They have a beautiful collection of watches. I have my eye on the Shinola watches. Perhaps I will buy one this year before I leave Pittsburgh. I love this store.
