  • They never call us before coming or give any kind of time frame for when they will be here like they're supposed to!!!!! This is a big problem as we are contracted to spray outside as well as inside. We have black widows all over our neighborhood and a toddler in the house, so to me, it's important to spray both outside and inside the house... Many phone calls without anyone picking up, and just sent an email, so hopefully they can fix this. The guy who shows up randomly to spray always seems nice, otherwise I would give one star. If they called and gave some kind of notice like they're supposed to, this would probably be a 4 star review. We pay $60 for a spray every other month with a 1 year contract, so the price is decent if we get the outdoor and indoor service we contracted for. Edited 11/17/2015 to add: So they finally called and gave us a few days notice!! ...but then they never showed up. When we called to ask what happened they said they forgot... Unfortunately, that's probably strike 3 for us and we likely will not be renewing our contract once it's up. Do not recommend this company :(
