  • This is by far the slowest Chipotle there is. Always a huge line, and when you look at the pace of the workers-you can tell their "done". Management issue, probably not the workers. Need rotation, energy boost, incentive to do a good job. Food quality is the usual, pretty good. But what really got me, NO NAPKINS! They ran out long before I got there as the workers were saying "no napkins, were out" like it's been a way of life. Why wouldn't a MANAGER step up and send someone to SAMS club or nearby BJ's to get a few cases if they messed up the order? NOT IMPRESSED! Looked at other reviews,,napkin issues back months ago going into 2014. Manager should be fired! Tables, dirty! Drink area, dirty! Won't be back!
