  • I thought I'd give them another chance. Thinking maybe they upped their game because of the competition from Uber and Lyft. I was wrong. I had to put my car in the shop and called for a cab. The dispatcher told me 15 to 30 minutes. After waiting an hour they sent me a text message saying my trip was cancelled??? Fortunately I had my phone set up for Uber so I called and had a nice Mercedes C Class show up in three minutes!!!!! And the best part was the driver didn't look like Charles Manson covered in misspelled tattoos and the car didn't smell like the dumpster behind Taco Bell. 602-200-2000 deleted from my phone book.
