I took my wife to Marssa for her birthday and we had the omakase. It was one of the best meals we have had, anywhere, and I would say without hesitation that Marssa stands up to Morimoto in Philadelphia, which is one of my favorites. Service was excellent, and Chef Kaz's creations were amazing. The chef used superior quality ingredients along with superior techniques on each course. The sushi courses were superb, ultra-fresh, and the fish was the star. The cooked dishes were perfect, and the combination of both cold and cooked dishes over the course of the evening demonstrated Chef's skill and desire to present a memorable and first quality experience. I would very highly recommend a trip to Lake Las Vegas just to try this restaurant--and then just go back again and again.
