  • This is my experience with the ortho department for braces. Horrible horrible horrible. They never answer their phones so You can never get a hold of anyone to verify appt and if you leave a VM you will never ever get a call back. Be prepared to wait for long periods of time to get called back. Also my child is one of about 8 kids being seen at the same time. DO NOT go here. Go somewhere else. This place is a joke. I wish there was a option to give 0 stars
