  • Called up to inquire about refinancing my car loan. My credit is great so I thought it wouldn't be an issue. Very rude girl over the phone tells me, after I give her my information and SS number, "there is no point in even running your application because you will get denied. I mean we can run it if you want but I'm warning you that it's a waste of time". So that was that.... A month later I give it another try and contact One Nevada Credit Union instead. The approved me right away with a super low interest rate. I let them know what happened at CCCU and they were appalled. Maybe try to help your customers before judging them based on a customer service reps opinion.
