  • I'm currently on intensive probation, so when my card expired, I needed my card like my life depended on it (it may have not been that serious, yet my freedom certainly hinged on it).I called the last place that I received my card from (cpec, e of Mcklintock rd. and broadway rd) & left a message ( that was never returned). The CSR, Brooke, assured me that I would be seen that day but I might have to wait a few hours since it was Monday and they had back to back appointments. Once I arrived I was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. Within an hr, I had an exam with Dr. Jared and sk8ed away with my legal documentation that proved that my card was being processed and enroute. I only wish that every customer oriented service was run like Dr.Reeferalz; but I'm more of a realist these days.
