As with any other dealership, a customer should not go in here unless you know three things:
1. What you want
2. What you are willing to pay (know your "walk away" price) - but never actually tell them what that price is.
3. How you are going to finance (if applicable) - preferably NOT through the dealership.
Also, I thought their offers on trade-in's were very low. I would suggest selling your trade in on your own, or at a different dealer. Definitely would not bundle your trade and financing together.
I thought the salesman was very aggressive, but I shut him down by knowing well in advance the three items above.
Other than that, it was average.
By the way, I did not buy there...
