  • Now that I'm actually a mom, I have a new perspective. I wasn't a huge fan before, now I'm planning to never buy anything there again. There are so many stores with better customer service. The door doesn't open easily for stroller access and the upstairs isn't accessible with a stroller. The folks working here are more concerned with folding shirts than asking me if I need help- and I have twins, I'd be buying twice as much. As I noted before, they only carry a limited number of brands, because they feel like they've selected the best. But, it seems like just the most expensive things they carry. There are great quality products that are better value elsewhere, where you'll get better customer service.
