  • I chose The A/C Guys based on the Yelp reviews, and am pleased to report that they lived up to them. Mike was very professional and personable. We have an older furnace unit, and to make sure he diagnosed the problem correctly, he even got on the phone with the company's owner and they worked together on it. Mike had to go to a store to get the unusual part needed and came back quite soon to finish. The work was done efficiently for a very reasonable price, and Mike went above and beyond in his efforts so that everything would be running smoothly again. Will definitely use them again, as well as recommend without hesitation. Thanks also to Tracy, who scheduled the service. She was polite, considerate and made my appointment for the same day I called! I shared that it was my day off, so she prioritized getting me in. Much appreciated!
