  • I had the pleasure of winning tickets to the Browns -Packers pre-season game for 8/13/11 via the county library summer reading program. I was a part of a group of winners who also were the American Flag bearers (40 yard flag) during the national anthem. This was my first pro game ever and I know pre-season is not as hectic as regular, but the staff at the stadium is top notch! I am a larger woman and normally I can do well on my own.but due a knee injury from exercise, I was having trouble walking. Right after our on field practice, they staff was right there with a chair and water for me and again right after the on field program. The stadium staff was also most accommodating, including getting me a wheelchair to take me out of the stadium when I was ready to leave since my knee said "NO!" when I tried to walk. I say that this made my whole experience even better knowing that guest services are top of the top notch. If you need a chair and are going to the game, call ahead and they will meet you at the gate with one.
