While the concept behind Rita's is a good one, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. For dinner, service was slow (more than 15 minutes for a second glass of wine, multiple reminders for chips, etc.) and $18 vegetable tacos (two) were basically pico de gallo and squash in two flimsy corn tortillas. Promised ranchero beans became half a cob of corn. The following morning, we hoped for a Bloody Mary at R bar. It was as though they'd never heard of such a thing. Ultimately, we walked -- after the bartender went back and forth from the bar to a back room to "look for the Bloody Mary mix." Ultimately, a lame experience.
