My mother got her hair done at lotus many times before this but she will never be going back. 5 weeks after a coloring her hair started turning purple. When she called the salon, Sam asked her many questions that were insensitive to the situation and she didn't seem to be concerned about it. They couldn't get her in to fix it and she eventually ended up going to a different salon....sometimes it's not if you make a mistake but how you handle it when you do. Lotus obviously needs to take some time to make sure their customers are happy even when they make a mistake.
