Front desk is very pleasant and attentive, however sometimes does not provide the information needed for the appointment scheduled, such as fasting for eight hours for blood work drawing. Also, one of the younger nurses is not very knowledgable about providing information on the consent forms that she makes patients sign and documents false vital sign sites such as taking a temporal temperature, but charting it as oral. She is, however, very good at giving shots. When I went in my second time, my nurse was a petite older lady who was caring, sweet, and very knowledgable. She answered all of my questions and showed me comfort and quality patient care. Dr. Kesara was nice and thorough. Overall, good experience.
