  • The room with two double beds was small but clean. The bathroom was minuscule but clean. The pool was cloudy and crowded. The hot tub was teeming with chubs who stayed there all night. The free breakfast was crowded and we left hungry. The guests in 318 kept the whole floor up all night. The screams were scary to our family of four. Guest services tried numerous times to stop the noise, but it didn't stop until 5 a.m. Sunday despite multiple complaints from several different guests.
