  • I went to the office in Henderson because its close to my house and im so happy i did. I called Tuesday afternoon and got an appointment the next morning. As soon as i walked through the doors i was greeted with a bunch of smiles and the staff helped me right away. I didn't have to wait at all. I met a girl fresh out of high school that took my blood pressure and explained everything she was doing and what it was for before she started the pre-tests. She made conversation the entire time and made me feel comfortable, like i come in all the time. She had only been working there a month and was impressively knowledgeable. As soon as she was done testing my eyes for this and that she said she was going to get Doctor McLaughlin. Not even two minutes later she walks in and i love her instantly. She's all smiles and unbelievably sweet. She's clear and makes sure i understand everything thats happening. This doctor was truly thorough with the eye exam. Any questions i had she answered with clear explanations. After she finished my exam she walked me out to meet Sherry! This woman is impressive! Mclaughlin tells her what i need and Sherry is on it right away. These people are so patient. We went through all the frames i wanted to try and sherry even suggests some pretty awesome ones. I was torn but she helped me decide by explaining which ones fit my face and frame my eyes best. So i pretty much love her too. My sister was with me and was so impressed that she schedule an appointment for the following day. I've told all my friends and family to go to this office. Im honestly so impressed. I want to thank everyone there. I love Pearle Vision.
