  • Hungry, but only have enough change for half of a trip to McD's? Then this Chinatown bakery is the solution. It's small, and nothing fancy, but for $3.40, you can get enough to fill your stomach. When you enter, you see tongs for picking up food, and trays. There's a good variety of buns, sweet and savory; tuna, chicken, beef, curry etc. Personally, i think the egg tarts ($3 for 1.50), and the pineapple with crushed topping ($1.20) are must try's. As well, they have a variety of desserts, and will make the most delicious made to order cakes for under $30, with real fruit and cream. Nothing in this bakery is expensive, or over $1.60 per item, so pig out. But remember, cash only.
