Mediocre.
We were excited to try this place as we heard good things. We asked for Seltzer/Club soda to drink and the server said they only had "bottles of sparkling water". We were ok with that, thinking we were going to get Pellegrino. She brought over a reusable plastic soda stream bottle - like the kind you make at home. I would be fine with this (as it does save waste/recycling) if we were warned that it's a $7 charge. Then, I ordered the Ricotta pizza - and asked if I could have some chili oil on the side (they serve it on the meat pizzas). The server informed me that they do not allow additions or adjustments to anything - only that you can remove something if you need to. The chef doesn't want her recipes messed with. Look, I get it - but it's a condiment! Come on. I was so disappointed with the pizza. It was bland and very unsatisfying. The ricotta was plopped on to a below average Margherita after it was cooked so it was still in cold lumps. And there was barely any red sauce on it. I couldnt even salt and pepper it, because there wasn't any on the table. The ingredients are of high quality, and if you like the thin crispy type pizza, then this is your place. Apparently their apps are better, but it was advertised as a pizza place - so...
