  • The person who cut my hair (I think her name was Katie) was cutting my hair for one and a half hours but wasn't even near done. She had no idea what she was doing. I just wanted a simple cut with layers but she couldn't even do that. She was literally cutting just the tips of my hair even when I asked for at least 2 inches off. When she told me she was done, I didn't even have layers on me. What kind of hairdresser doesn't know how to layer and shape hair. After 1.5 hours, I ended up leaving coz Katie was taking too long to do a simple cut. However, the company did call me to come the next day for a better person to do it. If you do come here, never ever get Katie.
