My second time here. Maybe my last. It took me close to two hours to get my oil change. The oil change only took 30 mins. But it took one and a half hours to close my paperwork. They also put in the system that the mileage of my car is 666,610 instead of 66,610. Thank you jiffy lube for that input. Now my cars mileage will be "compromised" for whoever/whenever someone ever decides to check car fax. I guess now I have to just assume that jiffy lube headquarters will step in and correct this issue. In order for them to get me out of their waiting room. They finished the paperwork with the same 666,610 miles again. Then they tell me they don't know how to reset the light on a Prius. After waiting on multiple failed attempts. I got tired of waiting and just took the car and left. It's amazing how easy it was to look on YouTube and get instructions on how to reset a maintenance light. For a company which "specializes" in routine maintenance to not know how to reset a light is kinda embarrassing and seriously diminishes the faith I have with this company. It let me know how much the mechanics there actually care about their customers. Leaving me with the "I don't know, you figure it out" feeling. --- but thank you for trying to sell me the flushes and filters that I already bought less than 10,000 miles ago.
