  • I have been to a couple of eyewear stores and I think what differentiate Optical Thirty 8 is definitely the Customer Service! Highly Recommend DORIS, very friendly, professional and patient! I would say brand name pricing is reasonable and I like the add-on bonus with no charge nose pad replacement and balance for my eyeglass that weren't even purchased from there, along with the freebies (mini-screw drivers, clothes and cleaners)!
