  • They tried to fix a recall on my vehicle 5 times and when i complained to hear from the service manager months went by with not one call from the dealer. I spoke to the salesperson who sold me the car and he basically said it was my fault for not having all my service done at the dealership. I informed him the only people working on my car at the dealer were apprentices. My real mechanic who changes oil, tires, etc is a Class A mechanic and he does the work for a lot less than the dealer. p.s. i will be replacing the toyota with a Hyundai product, better quality, better warranty and much lower price
