  • Food here is great. Service bad. So 4 stars for food and 1 star for service - average 2 stars. Usually extremely crowded after 6, long lines, we went early, around 4 pm. Even though there were plenty of empty tables, no one was in a rush to greet customers and seat them. Waitresses were standing around by the bar, chatting, one of them on the cell phone. Finally sat down, took a long time for someone to come over and offer to take an order. Service unfriendly, after food came, no one stopped by to ask if everything was good. Waitresses did not smile or acted like they wanted to be there. Not sure if they are underpaid or just happened to not like their jobs. Because food is always good, will return, will try their other location. Just thought the owner should know how customers are treated. When I am paying over 12 dollars for a burger that is not even grass-fed, I hoped for better customer service.
