  • Had my first class today and absolutely LOVED It! I had only been spinning one or two times before but this was hands down my best experience. My coworker and I did the 4 classes for 39$ groupon and both plan on purchasing packages! The establishment was very clean, and the staff were very friendly from the minute we arrived. I love the free water bottles and fruit provided also! The class was high energy and I loved the music selection, I am not a morning person but at 6 this morning I was dancing on my bike haha! The instructor Shannon was very great, even shouting out to random members of the class words of encouragement! I can't wait until our next class!
