So I've been coming to this location because it's by far the closes one to me as of now, and honestly it is the only one I've come across to being friendliest it can be, but entirely THE MOST UNKNOWLEDGEABLE. I've been here about 5-8 times cause I moved over here recently within a year & a half, and today I have decided that it would be the last on taking little key advice on hair dye. I usually listen to myself, but at times the friendly help distracts me from my own experience, and I've been dying my hair on my own for about 7 years, so how naive could I have been from taking note on what a worker with less experience than me have to offer. Ugh it's like they want you to mess up to waste money and try again with another purchase. Sometimes I forget to compare my own experience, because most of the time I'm in a rush, and surely you would consider this place hiring those at least who do know basic shit right? Wrong it's bullshit. That customer service no longer makes up for that fake advice they have had set me up for. I rather choose the location with the stuck up employees but still provide you with the right results.
