Everyone here was fantastic from the driver to houseman to front desk to restaurant staff to GM.
My original room smelled like a stink bomb had been dropped. I had a couple of house men who were near by smell it, as I have a super extra sensitive nose, just to make sure it wasn't me. They agreed there was an odor.
Went downstairs and let them know. The GM, called head of house keeping, while they got me a new room. She was walking out of the room and told the front desk manager who had followed me up that they had to move me. Had the key to my room in hand.
Had a rental car that needed to be taken back to the airport. Pick up and drop off were so easy, and then I needed a ride back to the airport in the early am. I just had to let the front desk know.
I stay in hotels 10-15 days out of the month. I was impressed with the service. The room hiccup couldn't have been handled any better!
