Sorely disappointed with my experience here. I wasn't acknowledged when I entered the store. The people behind me were. My husband and son came in later. They weren't acknowledged either. I looked at tables all around the store and not one person offered any assistance or made eye contact. So why couldn't I receive service? The only thing that made me different from every other customer who was acknowledged is that I'm black and I had my very well behaved children with me. So which factor was it that made these associates determine that I wasn't worthy of their attention? I don't know and I don't care. They will never see a dollar of mine and unfortunately for their bottom line, I am currently looking to do quite a bit of furniture shopping. Fortunately I found Restoration Hardware and rewarded their awesome customer service with my very large purchase.
