rev:text	So here we go - #1 - The Service and Hostess greeting were very, very good. Really the ONLY reason I am giving it 3 Stars. #2 - If The Hell's Kitchen Chef was in this house last night, he would have lost his S#&T over the Food Quality and presentation. #3 - Appetizer! i ordered the Chef's Concept of PIG'S in a Blanket. This was the best of the food items I ordered. The Mustard and HR Sauce to Dip was very good. #4 - I thought I would try his take on fish and chips! OMG this was a greasy, semi warm plate of YUCK. The fish fillets were stacked on top of one another and it turn them into a gloppie ( is that a word ) soggy mess. The Chips were just awful!!! Under cooked greasy and I just watched a show earlier in the month Master Chef where they tried to replicate Perfect French Fries / . The Chef wouldn't have served this to his dog!!. Really Fish & Chips at a premiere english pub, owned by the man and it just sucked!! #5 - At least the Ice Tea wasn't F#&Ked up LOL!! $62 with 20 % gratuity added in total, because like I said at least the service was great. I live in the Las Vegas Marketplace in Henderson, The other Ramsay Group restaurant s I have visited have been exceptional _ Burgr/ Steakhouse / so this was a total downer. Never again at the PUB!!
