  • We signed up for quarterly service after speaking with John who explained the service and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Brad was out within a few days for the first application & he also went over everything. The inside barrier mix of chemical & 90% water he sprayed along the edges of the floors had a slight odor which quickly dissipated and didn't leave a mark. As frequent travelers with a gated backyard, we were pleased we could use a lockbox for the gate key and that we have online access to see the service record.
