  • This is the worst company! From the beginning to the end I had a horrible experience. Actually that's not completely true, I had zero problem booking the service which is no surprise considering all they want is your money. I'll make this review short and to the point because I'm not fond of lengthy reviews. 1) movers showed up late 2) I booked 4 movers and only 3 showed up, the rate is different and of course 4 movers would get the job done much faster than 3 3) I called to complain about how many movers showed up and the receptionist lied about their rates 4) mover refused to complete the move until he received his money, he was only halfway through 5) they damaged eight pieces of furniture beyond repair Note: you can't claim damage unless you noted them on the Invoice 6) I have spent a week trying to get a hold of someone in order to file a claim, I have left messages and even spoke to a manage with no resolution Whatever you do don't book with this company! I got a decent quote from them initially but ended up paying the same I would have paid with a reputable company.
