  • All I can say is Jason, the customer service manager, went above and beyond what I would have expected! I purchased an alternator here and had them put it in almost a year ago and now I'm even more thankful I did that. My car wouldn't start last night so I got it jumped and headed to an AutoZone to have them check the battery and alternator. I was told there was a chance there was an issue with the alternator. Well right after I had everything checked and was ready to leave my car decided to not start again so I called pep boys to see if they had any tow trucks and thankfully they did. The store closes at 9 and the tow trucks eta was 9 and Jason said he would stay until I got there so he could put me car in the garage. When I got there he was extremely nice and told me be would have someone look at it first thing in the morning. They ended up figuring out the issue and fixed it The next day and for a lot cheaper than I expected! I would definitely recommend this place and plan on using them again in the future.
