  • I was very interested in trying out this doctor. The reviews seemed good and I called to schedule and appointment. This was today 2/3 at 12:06pm. Whoever the RECEPTIONIST is working at this time was BEYOND RUDE. She should definitely be talked to by her boss. I rarely put a bag review on an employee because I get how difficult it can be dealing with different people sometimes. But on this situation she was rude rude rude. I asked her about a specific time and I take it she couldn't hear me because she kept abruptly interrupting me and repeating herself over and over. Then I realized that she actually could hear me and she was just cutting me off and not listening about my concerns. Every question I asked her was very short and to the point (in a uninterested and rude way) and I felt as if she was rushing me and had better things to do. She then rudely asked me for my information and at this point I was so turned off by negative Nancy that I promptly told her I change my mind and would be writing a Yelp review of her rudeness. You think "chiropractor, acupuncture, relax, relief of tension" but speaking to her made me more tense and more stressed. F.Y.I have a peaceful women with good energy take appointments or your going to lose a lot of service and fast. Such a shame because I was going to be getting tons of sessions and was looking for a regular time doctor for acupuncture. I will never know if this doctor could've helped me out because of this rude receptionist.
