  • Wish I had read the reviews before deciding to contract this company to manage my property. We hired them about a month ago, right about the time that our previous renters moved out. The property needed some minor repairs before it could be rentable- it has been like pulling teeth to get this company to send us a list of necessary repairs with estimates. I'm out of state and have a busy life (hence the need for a property management company) but I am taking on scheduling all of the repairs myself. I still cannot get a call back from my contact at Nicklin! When we do get renters, I am certainly going to make contact to ensure that if there are any problems with the property they are taken care of in a timely manner. Not trusting Nicklin to be the middle man here. Such a waste. Please, look for another company to manage your property.
