  • Called for emergency service on a Saturday around 8 pm. (Our A/C unit wouldn't kick on.) I was called back by a technician within 5 minutes. He reworked his morning schedule to get out to us by 10:30 am the following day (Sunday). He inspected the A/C, replaced the broken part, and wrapped up within a half hour. No upselling or sales pitches. Unit was running well when he left. Glad we called Schultheis.
