When we had them on auto-pilot for routine service all was fine. When we upgraded our pool heater, pool pump, spa heater, spa pump for over $12k at their recommendation they were incredibly responsive. They kept chasing us for the work!
Now a year later they failed to service our pool for several months while we were away and we were given poor reason why....they're hard to reach.....they fail to call back.....they fail to handle minor service as committed.
Further aggravating, they recently suggested we make a repair after a routine evaluation and service of our pool. We asked for a quote. They had their tech do a "detailed" evaluation. They gave a quote. We agreed to their quote. Two months later work not completed. We got impatient and asked why the delay. Suddenly they redefined scope and suggested an oversight on scope and price. Even though THEY suggested repair and THEY evaluated work to be done, they failed to take accountability and feigned being "told" different information. Um, sounds like a problem with your tech but our pool is sitting half full. Excusitis.
We balked and they said they're too busy for us. Well we're not too busy to let potential customers in on their poor service and lack of honesty & integrity. Next step is hiring a better pool service company.
